Jessica has built a strong foundation in both education and swimming throughout her life, starting her journey in 1986 by volunteering to teach visually impaired children how to swim. After gaining experience with a renowned local swim instructor, she branched out in 1992 and founded Swimmers by Jessica. For more than three decades, Jessica has not only cultivated a great reputation in the Dallas community but also impacted the lives of over 10,000 children, teaching them vital swimming and water safety skills.
Her commitment to helping children is evident in her long-standing dedication to swimming instruction, and her background at top local schools and her BA from SMU further enhances her credibility in both education and community involvement.

As your child progresses, we introduce key swimming skills such as proper form, breathing techniques, diving, and treading water. For those ready for more advanced skills, we offer instruction in refined strokes and techniques to help them become proficient swimmers.

Yogees will be back to teach yoga before or after your swimming lesson. Yoga classes are at the same times as swimming, so your child can do yoga before or after swimming. Yoga is 45 minutes as well. Yogees is a great way to warm-up or cool-down. If you are interested in adding yoga to your child’s lessons, please complete the Yogees registration form as well.
